We offer an affordable home watch and home sitting service to insure that your home is safe and secure while you are away. If you are gone for one day or several months, our experienced security personnel visit your home. They perform interior and exterior inspections that check all systems are working properly. 

We will remove all newspapers, flyers, doorhangers, take in mail so that it appears that the home is occupied.    We perform detailed checks of all appliances, run appliances as directed, check smoke detectors and security systems, and more.

GENERAL EXTERIOR INSPECTION

Visual Inspection of home exterior for anything unusual

Inspect for sign of unauthorized intrusion, theft, or vandalism; contact Police immediately if needed

Inspect windows, screens, or window covering for signs of damage

Inspect screened patio enclosures for tears or damage

Check mailbox for mail and for vandalism

Check front door area for leaflets, phone books, trash, etc

Garage inspection

Inspect pool and water feature(s)

Check all timer-activated lights exterior lights for proper operation and bad bulbs; replace with customer supplied items as needed

Water lawn and plants

INTERIOR PLUMBING CHECK

Visually inspect water service and all interior taps and faucets for leakage

Check that all toilets are functioning properly

Inspect walls, ceilings, and floors for sign of leakage

Run water in all sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets to keep taps filled

Check drains for signs of back up

Inspect for water leakage under sinks and vanities

GENERAL INTERIOR INSPECTION

Check that security system is set

Inspect overall interior condition of home

Check that refrigerators and freezers are cooling properly

Check home for visual signs of insects or pests

Check all timer-activated interior lights for proper operations and bad bulbs; replace with customer supplied items as needed

Water any indoor plants
